Dr. Rao is an exceptional doctor. He always takes the time to fully explain every question you have. He truly cares about his patients and thoroughly goes over your history, current position and a path forward. His staff is very friendly and professional.. In addition, I've never been asked by other doctors' staff if I would like to have a copy of a "Summary of Today's Visit". I was very inpressed.

This was my first visit to see Dr. Rao. I was very concerned about what I was about to learn, after having been diagnosed with CKD. Everybody was extremely helpful and welcoming. Dr. Rao put me at immediate ease!! He explained everything to me, and I left with such a peace-of-mind. I'm thankful to be under Dr. Rao's care. Thank you!
