The office person took care of the mix up in scheduling quite efficiently, and got Michael in for his procedure. The nurse taking care of Michael was friendly and caring. The doctor did the procedure so quickly, we didn’t realize that he had finished. All in all , a great experience!
I had a great experience. The doctor was patient and look time to answer my questions. He was clearly vested in my care. I have been in post transplant care for 15 years and I still learned a lot during my visit.
