I was surprised upon speaking to a lady as I had questions re a list given my after an extraction on 10-16-24. I have allergies and asked about the meds injected, the boney spurs mentioned and lastly monoject syringe. I was treated as if I made an accusatory call. Asked if “she” was happy and hung up. I am heart sick re being treated like something other than a 87 yr.old who liked being attended to by Dr.McNeil and a kindly staff. Do you not want me back?
Lee is so professional and yet warm and friendly. She did a super job of cleaning my teeth and encouraging me to “keep doing what you’re doing”! I will ask for her on my next visit. Dr Dean Woodall was thorough & timely and professional. I hope to not need any major dental work but know he is competent and friendly. I recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a great dental practice!!!
Dr. Woodall and his team are fantastic. As a new patient I was scheduled and seen within a week of my call. My hygienist Stephanie was friendly and professional and took all my concerns into account when doing my cleaning. Dr. Woodall saw me promptly and was very reassuring and thorough with his exam. Their office will certainly be my new go to for dental care in Raleigh.
Unfortunately this place was great until recently. They can’t seem to figure out their billing issues and refuse to stop billing my insurance even though the claim has been paid. I have communicated this to them 5 times since February but they still continue to bill and refuse to admit their mistake. It’s too bad because they dental care is good and most of the staff friendly but I should not be receiving EOBs months after they’ve been paid.
I have been a patient of Dr. McNeils for 23 years! He is the very best dentist around! I have had cleaning, fillings, and chipped teeth over the years. He is an absolute artist with his precision, especially with having chips repaired on some of my front teeth. I never worry if I have a tooth issue because I trust he can make me better than before. A great dentist and all around great guy! Love the entire team there as well!!! Parker D
