I have been a patient at this office for years, yet I am stunned by their complete incompetence with billing. In 2022, I paid over $200 after reviewing the charges with staff — and now, three years later, they are billing me again for the exact same charges, claiming they have no record of my payment. Expecting a long-time patient to dig through years of old statements to fix their errors is outrageous and completely unacceptable. I couldn’t be happier with the care I receive at this dental office. The staff are always so friendly, and the dentist provides such gentle, attentive care that I feel completely at ease during every visit. Even though I travel long distance to get here, it’s absolutely worth it for the level of service and comfort they provide
