I love this place! I needed a bunch of work done and Dr. Pezdek and Frankie were amazing. They were very attentive to my needs, making sure I was comfortable and understood the process and what they were doing. They were very flexible on scheduling. And I've been thrilled with the results. Excellent dental care, thank you so much!
I had three cavities filled today, and Dr. Pezdek and his assistant Frankie went above and beyond! They made sure I was completely comfortable — even used a pillow to help relax my jaw and placed the lead apron for extra support. Dr. Pezdek didn’t just fill my teeth; he shaped them to look natural and aesthetically pleasing. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. Went here for years -- great service. But now, tried to charge me for x-rays that I did not approve. DO NOT DO THIS -- and don't act like a stupid and just need to pay it. I will NOT -- GOOD LUCK collecting. I'm an attorney, so feel free to sue me. But I'm not paying for a service that I did not approve.
I've been a client of Raleigh Dental Excellence for years and my most recent visit was excellent. The front desk team (Beth and colleague) are always so welcoming and helpful. I met another Beth today, an expert dental hygienist, new to the team but very experienced in the profession. She provided me with some great advice and took great care with my dental cleaning. What a wonderful experience to have a female dentist! Dr. Smith and her staff are both warm and professional. She was intentional about explaining the process which I really appreciated. I’d recommend this office to anyone!
