Well, I can't say but had a particularly positive experience here, unfortunately. Previous to the practice being sold, I would say we did all right through this establishment. However, not only did they grossly underestimate the out-of-pocket cost for my wife's crown, But now they are suggesting I need a crown on a tooth that was neither on the other doctor's radar nor do I believe it should be on the radar at the moment. This used to be a great dental office until our dentist retired and his staff left. I had a major infection in my tooth and I was in pain all weekend. I couldn’t get in to see the new dentist until Monday. When I did see him, he was more worried about my other teeth than the one I needed a root canal on. The hygienist was not very friendly or gentle. When they called to reschedule an appointment they were giggling and talking to their coworkers and not being professional on the phone. My first visit to Lackamas Dental was definitely a great experience. Everything flowed efficiently. Both doc and assistant were very attentive and answered all my questions in a way that was easy to retain and made sense to me without the dental jargon. If you are wondering if you want to give them a try for your dental needs. Also, there is a nice fish tank in the common area is super relaxing!
Quick and easy in and out. Very short wait time. Lacamad Dental always keeps me informed about the state of my dental health and what I can do to maintain it.
I’m so happy with Dr. B and his staff! He is very skilled at his craft! As someone who gets dental anxiety, I feel fortunate that I found him! I have had a cleaning and a few filling replaced with him and he did a stellar job! 👏
