I had my upper lids/hoods taken care of by Dr. Marshak. After my first visit with him I felt at ease and knew he would do a great job. He is a kind and gentle soul, truly wanting you to be happy with the results. The staff was great through the whole process, love that no one tries to over sell or pressure you into more work. I would totally recommend him for anyone wanting to have your eyes done. I feel so much better.
Dr. Harry Marshak is an excellent surgeon with excellent credentials, He has a very quiet demeanor, listens to you when you speak and then gives you what course of care he would take. His staff is wonderful. He is a dedicated ophthalmic & reconstructive surgeon who genuinely cares about you as a person and your results.
Dr Marshak is probably the best Doctor I've ever experienced. He's very professional and has a great bed side manner which is very hard to find anymore. I've never felt rushed during my appointment. He takes his time and ask questions.
Dr Marshak is gentle and kind. While we've gone to him for cosmetic enhancers (fillers, facials etc), when I had to have my torn earlobe repaired, he and his staff (Jennifer, Ken) went above and beyond. I learned that everyone in the office just loves working with him--you can feel that when you are there. Dr Marshak answered all my questions prior to having the earlobe stitched (such as, could I fly with the torn earlobe before the surgery). Dr. Marshak is simply wonderful! We treasure him!
Excellent experience with surgical proceedure. Dr. Marshak even called me at home to make sure I was doing fine after proceedure. Staff and office professional and friendly. A plus!
I am 65 years old, disabled & trying to live in $1000 pee month. I am virtually loosing my sight to eyelids that are drooping & closing dhut. My opthamolsgist strongly recommended Dr Marshak to do the sorely needed eyelid lift. When I called to make an appointment, his staff told me they don't take Medicare, & that if I couldn't pay the thousands of dollars out of pocket for the surgery, Dr Marshak didn't want to see me -- as he caters only to wealthy patients..
