This is a very awesome office to go to, very welcoming. Very different than going to a primary doctors office where the receptionist seems she doesn't like her job or just wants to check you in and get you out of their sight. All the lady that work here have warm welcoming smiles as well as they do show concerns for patients. Dr. Bailey is an excellent doctor, but he is a little scattered. The last time I saw him he gave me information about a condition which I was not there for, and left the room before I could catch him to talk about why I came. If you go, take a list of what you want to discuss and don't let him go until you're satisfied. I find his office staff to be unusually friendly and helpful.
Amazing first visit today! The team who support Dr. Bailey were clearly hand selected by him to care for all patients with respect, compassion, and great humor. The compassion shown by Dr. Bailey to my elderly mother was exceptional. He explained everything he was doing, listened to her, and wrote down what he was saying when she couldn’t hear him due to having to have her hearing aid out. This kind of care is rare in today’s medical field. My mom felt at ease with him. She has been a patient of his for over thirty years.
I saw Dr Bailey in an urgent situation that involved an outer ear infection with quite a bit of pain. He was able to see me the day I called and within 5 minutes had prescribed what Urgent Care had missed and got me feeling better. I appreciated his concerned manner and all the caring staff.
