I had my first hearing appointment withand had a great experience. Even though the office was running about 20–25 minutes behind, the patient care coordinator kept everyone updated in the waiting room and offered to reschedule if needed. The staff was warm and professional, and Dr. Bailey was thorough, approachable, and kind. He explained my results clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel at ease. I left feeling well cared for and confident in the follow-up plan. Highly recommend!
Dr. Bailey and his staff are absolutely wonderful. He patiently listens to and acknowledges your concerns, creates a plan, and makes sure you understand next steps before ending the appt. He's caring and kind, and really calms your fears so that you feel like if he's your doctor, then you're in very capable hands. His staff are also very kind. I saw Dr Bailey in June. I have a glade on the left side of my face that gets clogged and will get infected. He advised me there is nothing he can do without possible damage to my nerves and muscles in my face. I can except that. He advised me that if it happens again to call the office and he would send out antibiotics to clear it. That was last Wednesday and after talking to someone in his office said they will do it this time but next time I would have to see him. I am still waiting for antibiotics. Dr Bailey and his staff are the best. Dr. Bailey listens and shows that he cares about his patients. He doesn't try to hurry you out the door like many other doctors do. I highly recommend him. You won't be disappointed.
Dr. Sean Bailey’s personnel are all very professional and friendly. I had questions regarding my treatment. They responded to my concern immediately and without hesitation. I never felt rushed or dismissed. I feel very comfortable with everyone at this office.
