Amazing first visit today! The team who support Dr. Bailey were clearly hand selected by him to care for all patients with respect, compassion, and great humor. It’s always a bit nerve wracking to see a doctor for the first time and from the first smiling face and “good morning”, I was at ease! My symptoms caused Dr. Bailey and I to conclude that I needed an ENT to examine my right ear and to implement treatment immediately. He made room in his busy schedule to see me the same day as I called. He explained why I needed urgent ENT intervention to avoid the loss of hearing in my right ear and provided it to me. Fortunately, his care restored the hearing to my right ear.
I had my first hearing appointment withand had a great experience. Even though the office was running about 20–25 minutes behind, the patient care coordinator kept everyone updated in the waiting room and offered to reschedule if needed. The staff was warm and professional, and Dr. Bailey was thorough, approachable, and kind. He explained my results clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel at ease. I left feeling well cared for and confident in the follow-up plan. Highly recommend!
First visit to this doctor. He was referred by my primary care doctor. Dr. Bailey was very personable and spent time talking with me and explaining my problems. The office staff are also great. Insurance information was clear regarding visits in the new year as well as how I would be contacted to schedule Additional care
I saw Dr Bailey in an urgent situation that involved an outer ear infection with quite a bit of pain. He was able to see me the day I called and within 5 minutes had prescribed what Urgent Care had missed and got me feeling better. I appreciated his concerned manner and all the caring staff.
