Amazing first visit today! The team who support Dr. Bailey were clearly hand selected by him to care for all patients with respect, compassion, and great humor. It’s always a bit nerve wracking to see a doctor for the first time and from the first smiling face and “good morning”, I was at ease! First visit to this doctor. He was referred by my primary care doctor. Dr. Bailey was very personable and spent time talking with me and explaining my problems. The office staff are also great. Insurance information was clear regarding visits in the new year as well as how I would be contacted to schedule Additional care
I had my first hearing appointment withand had a great experience. Even though the office was running about 20–25 minutes behind, the patient care coordinator kept everyone updated in the waiting room and offered to reschedule if needed. The staff was warm and professional, and Dr. Bailey was thorough, approachable, and kind. He explained my results clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel at ease. I left feeling well cared for and confident in the follow-up plan. Highly recommend!
Great experience with Dr Bailey. He explained everything and was very thorough with his exam. Followed up with more tests and put me on steroids. He was very nice. The other staff and nurses were very helpful and nice.
Everyone in Dr. Bailey’s office is friendly and professional. Dr. Bailey is clearly knowledgeable, and he thoroughly explains his diagnosis, checking to see if I have further questions or need a more detailed explanation. I was experiencing ear pain and Dr. Bailey’s staff found an opening for me on the day I called. That’s unheard of with my other doctors. Given such attention, I can hardly complain about waiting a bit longer past my assigned appointment.
