Excellent experience here with Dr. Goff! I can tell she truly puts her patients teeth health first and is not trying to just nickel and dime people who come in. They also have multiple payment plan options, depending on what works for you, and some deals (at least when I went) if you paid your balance in full, which was icing on the cake!
I have been going to Dr. Loper for over 20 years. I've had excellent care in all services provided. If a service isn't provided (root canals) the recommendations for this service has been excellent. Dr. Loper has done extensive work on my teeth including fillings, crowns and bondings with amazing results. My hygienist, Bernice, is also terrific. I’ve been getting my teeth cleaned here twice a year since 2021 and Bernice is SO amazing. Every time I go, I am treated with kindness and receive a very gentle yet powerful cleaning since she is that good! She’s very talented. Dr. Loper is super friendly and makes it fun each visit.
Dr Loper told me she could just replace the crown on my tooth since I had the old one in my pocket and didn’t want further drilling done, and instead they drilled the side walls off of 2 of my teeth and did a temporary crown that I did not request, and that temporary shattered in my mouth from attempting to floss and the several jagged edges catching immediately. They’ve now costed thousands of dollars I don’t have. She refuses to answer any calls or do anything to correct her mistake.
Dr Loper has been my dentist for the better of the last 20 years. She is kind and gentle. I had a very bad experience prior to going there and someone had to hold my hand for many years to get me to stay calm during treatment. I built trust with her and her staff. She is always is professional and does a great job! I highly recommend her and her staff.
