We saw Dr Mcdonald for recurrent strep throat and enlarged tonsils for our 6-year-old. His exam was thorough, and we decided the best course of action was to go forward with a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy. Dr Mcdonald put our son at ease and the entire process was quick, easy and all of our questions were answered. Follow-up appointments were easy to schedule! If any of our other kids need an ENT we will definitely request Dr Mcdonald again!
Dr. McDonald and his team did a great job helping me along my surgery. Even when it came down to the scheduling. The surgery went super well, no problems whatsoever! They gave me all the information and institutions needed for a fast, smooth recovery. Thank you again for this wonderful service! They also sent me a post card in the mail after my surgery, that was unexpected but I felt like I was cared for even after my surgery.
Dr. McDonald was amazing with our son. He was very thorough in his exam and extremely compassionate and ‘not scary’ to him. We appreciate his care and are so thankful to have healthy ears!
Ive had sinus issues forever, im about 5 weeks out of surgery. I can breathe i am so thrilled to finally be able to breathe freely. Dr. Mc Donald was highly recommended by my sister( a surgery nurse for years. I am so thankful
The staff at Dr. Mcdonald's office are efficient, excellent, kind, and very helpful. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for Dr. McDonald. If you are seeking an ENT with a good bedside manner who patiently listens to patients' concerns and provides empathy along with insightful information and recommendations for their health issues, this isn't the doctor for you.
