I love this office! Everyone is very friendly. Jennifer is my hygienist, and she is very thorough and a lovely person. Dr Baik is great too. Most of the time I’m just getting a cleaning, but Dr Baik has done fillings for me on a couple of occasions, and he is very efficient at what he does. I highly recommend them.
I have been going to Dr. Baik since he took over for Dr. Donahue estimated over 20 years. His office in the state of the art. He cares about his patients and explains everything in detail. His staff is very friendly and reminds appointments coming up with text messages.They explain your bill in detail and work with you for payments. My appointments are on time. look forward to continue my treatments to keep my teeth in the best health as possible.
LOVE THE WHOLE TEAM! The moment from my first visit I felt comfortable, they are very warm and welcoming. I’m a stay at home mom with 5 kids so things are always coming up that interfere with appointments and they are always happy to help reschedule without making me feel like it’s too much trouble. The team at Dr. Baik’s office is incredibly friendly and always eager to help with any questions. Jen, in particular, is one of the most caring Dental Hygienists I've ever met. She really knows how to make dental checkups a fun experience!
