Son developed digestive issue and went in for treatment. Dr. Johnson ordered bloodwork and a series of tests but even after 3 phone calls to the office to get the results, Dr. Johnson inexplicably made him wait 10 days before she finally called and told his mother the tests were negative. No apologies and no explanation why she waited that long to call back. The rest of the staff is 5 stars but we won't be seeing this Dr. again.
The staff of (Snellville) Primary Care are totally outstanding. Upon entering the office, the receptionist was so kind and patient. The medical assistant was extremely patient as well. After meeting Dr. Johnson, she was extremely thorough, listened and had an absolutely beautiful spirit. I immediately fell in love with this office, and immediately signed paperwork to transfer my records. Look no further if you are seeking a primary physician!
I have had a hard time finding a doctor that was genuine, compassionate and truly listened. Dr. Johnson is all of that and more. She took the time to talk thoroughly about my history, gave me information I needed and truly listened to everything I said. I will be a patient for life!
Dr. Johnson was very thorough and polite. Office was nice and new!! All staff treated me kindly and were professional.
