I had an appointment at 11:15, was taken into exam room shortly thereafter. Nurse took my vitals and doctor came in soon after to address my needs. Very pleasant experience like most every visit in the 2 years I have come to your office.

Everytime I go for a follow-up, yearly check up or even a different concern, my PA. Sarah Davis is always atentive & profesional to my needs and with her recommendations. The Nurses and Front desk statt are friendly and respectful. I have no negative comments to add.

I recently changed my primary care provider to Dr. Kesevan after being dissatisfied with several physicians I had seen in the past. My experience with Dr. Kesevan has been outstanding. She was exceptionally thorough, taking the time to review my blood work and family history in detail. She listened attentively to my concerns and provided thoughtful explanations and recommendations. Dr. Kesevan is the most caring and patient Doctor. She doesn’t rush during our visits and makes sure all my concerns are addressed. She also answers during after hours for emergency concerns. I have referred all my friends to her, she’s wonderful and the office staff is quick to respond with results, appointments and any requests.

Booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance for my mother (who doesn't drive so we had to set up transportation with the insurance company), and they called her 90 minutes before the appointment to cancel. I called to reschedule and they did a poor job in accommodating her needs or showing any modicum of empathy in the frustration experienced by a potential new patient. Literally hundreds of doctor's offices in the area but I guess they have enough business. Update-They are now charging us $25 for a missed appointment.
