Our family has been going here for the past two years. Every experience has been great, the staff are so friendly and welcoming. When making appointments they are flexible, accommodating and polite. After checking in, I've never waited more than five minutes. The hygienists are excellent and thorough, and very friendly with kids. Dr Patel is easy to talk to and informative, and he doesn't put any pressure on you to do anything you're not comfortable with. Very happy with our time here.

I was fortunate to find Dr. Patel after developing a problem while on a business trip. The staff was able to squeeze me in the same day, and was great to work with. The Dr. was very understanding and patient, and took his time to make sure I was as comfortable as I could be throughout the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel and his office to anyone in need.

I recently visited Colonialtown Dental for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The front desk team was warm and welcoming, and I was seen quickly. The technician who took my X-rays explained everything beforehand and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Dr. Patel greeted me with a smile and a handshake — very professional and kind. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. They try to sell you so many additional services you don’t need. The location is good and the staff are pretty nice. I made an appointment to refill a very small previously treated cavity which the resin has fallen down a few days ago. The dentist recommended so many additional services, including removing a healthy tooth, and deep cleaning for my gum. He said it’s a wisdom tooth, but I had removed my wisdom teeth a few years ago. Colonialtown Dental is incredible! Yesterday I was having what I would call a dental emergency. My last dentist had recently dropped my insurance so I was unsure of where to go. I tried three different offices before calling colonial town. When I called the receptionist was super friendly and understanding and told me to come on in. I was seen quickly and reassured that everything was going to be okay.
