Honestly, this was the most comfortable experience I've ever had at any medical visit. Every single person working there made me feel at home and comfortable. They also perform top notch dental work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new dental team!
Clear Dental is so available, so sharp, and so organized. My filling came out while I was out of town. They told me how to manage it, got me in the following Monday. Turned out I needed a root canal. I was terrified. The dentist scares me. They were incredible. They listened, and walked me through everything. Dr. Ha is extremely sharp in her craft, and has hired the most competent staff. Dr. Ha and the whole staff is WONDERFUL! I feel respected and valued when I come in for deep cleanings. I get VERY anxious when I come to the dentist and they really do their best to make me feel comfortable. I’m able to watch Netflix and play with a fidget spinner for the duration of my visits. I also appreciate being spoken to in a kind non-condescending manner. All my questions get answered and if I have any follow-up questions after my visit, they respond swiftly. I am terrified of the dentist, but was actually able to get the work I needed done here because of how caring and accommodating everyone was. I needed to get a tooth pulled and didn’t think I’d be able to ever get it done, but JJ, Michelle, Clara, Jasmine, and of course Dr. Ha, made everything comfortable and really helped put me at ease. I am very thankful to the entire team at Clear Dental Studio, and would recommend them to everyone.
I feel incredibly disappointed and let down by this practice. I will first say that my biggest issue that I have with this office was confirmed today by an endodontist. Dr. Ha performed a root canal on a lower back molar in early 2024. Not only was it one of the more expensive procedures that I have ever had done, but she actually missed clearing out an entire nerve in my tooth during the root canal.
