Kirsten was an amazing PA and definitely knew her ENT skills! We were able to communicate with each other efficiently and respectfully, and she knew exactly how to help me. She did testing that made sense to my condition and ruled out one potential problem over another and properly diagnosed me and properly medicated me. It is always fast to get my allergy treatment. I was pretty skeptical that the drops would work but it has been very effective. Not 100% yet but I don't take allergy medicine all year round anymore. It was well worth it for me.

I had not had a hearing test in over 50 years. I was pleased with the test protocol I received on my test today to establish a base for comparison as I age. Every step of the process and the test results were fully explained.

I went to see a PA to have my left ear cleaned a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, none of the doctors were available when I called. I had a feeling something might go wrong after she cleaned my ear. She did it too quickly, and I think she went too deep trying to remove the wax. I’ve had this procedure done before and never experienced anything like this. Lauren, PA I saw was very thorough, informative & kind. She explained details of my testing clearly & she was very gentle in her care. The office staff was efficient & pleasant. The audiologist was also good at his job, kind & patient.
