Lauren, PA I saw was very thorough, informative & kind. She explained details of my testing clearly & she was very gentle in her care. The office staff was efficient & pleasant. The audiologist was also good at his job, kind & patient.
It is always fast to get my allergy treatment. I was pretty skeptical that the drops would work but it has been very effective. Not 100% yet but I don't take allergy medicine all year round anymore. It was well worth it for me.
I went to see a PA to have my left ear cleaned a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, none of the doctors were available when I called. I had a feeling something might go wrong after she cleaned my ear. She did it too quickly, and I think she went too deep trying to remove the wax. I’ve had this procedure done before and never experienced anything like this. Dr Warren is great! He is thorough and communicates clearly. He showed us a diagram to help explain my son’s ailment and we walked away completely understanding the treatment plan and expectations for healing. He helped our family greatly in a pinch. Highly recommend!
Julia was amazing. She already researched all my insurance benefits and helped me pick out the perfect hearing aid for me. Great professional, personal , loving , caring and kind service. She also was there for me when I had issues and went out of her way to fix them. I love having my hearing aids!
