I had a great experience with the entire staff. Dr. Beckley made me feel comfortable with all of options, including doing nothing at all. He gained my full trust immediately. The back office staff did a wonderful job answering all of my scheduling, billing, and other procedural questions. Although I certainly hope I don't need to, I will return to Alpine for any general surgery needs.

Trisha Quon was amazing with my cyst removal. I had a consultation and then less than a week later I had a removal. She was very informative and kind. I went in feeling very nervous and she was so great, talking me through the entire time and taking her time to do everything properly.

1st: front desk was helpful right away setting me at ease. 2nd. Check in was smooth. As long as you read and follow the directions. 3rd. The inital nurse was very empathetic to putting me at ease . 3rd. All the staff is top notch. I have had few surgeries and they are the most knowledgeable of all My experiences. 4th. Doctor Fox ,hands down has great bedside manners. I felt like I was in good hands and felt good about what he was going to do.Explaining what he was going to do to fix me. Dr. Fox was very pleasant and efficient. I felt confident in his decision and diagnosis. He made sure I understood what was going on and made me feel a ease. I actually enjoyed going to the Dr. appointments!

Dr. Fox and his team went out of their way to make time for me in an emergency and were incredibly kind, proactive, and professional. I had the best experience I could’ve asked for during the time of a health emergency. I would highly recommend Dr. Fox and Alpine Surgical.
